Construction Manager - Doha-Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

The Construction Manager is responsible for organizing, scheduling and controlling in terms of quality and timing all on site activities of the project in Doha. Mission is to set-up and manage the project resources for Installation, Test and Commissioning of LAN (Local Area Network), CCTv, Access Control and cabling systems. Main Activities He is in particular in charge of: • Correct managing the Construction and Installation Activities, ensuring the predefined results on time and within budget and with expected level of Quality. • Managing the installation and commissioning methods which have been defined by the Engineering team • Subcontracting for the installation and commissioning works in the various project areas • Managing the installation, test and commissioning teams • Organizing the on-site works including logistics for accessing to the sites • Coordinating with the Interface Manager for pre-requisites for all sites • Coordinating with other Construction project teams • Consolidating the progress report information • Ensuring the acceptance of the WORKS The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years as Construction Manager for similar projects and a background in the following systems to be deployed over the whole airport : • LAN : 2 separated and redundant LANs (> 500 access switches) • CCTV : > 1200 cameras, recorders, Operators work stations • Access control : > 1200 readers • Cabling for the communications between all the buildings (Fiber Optic and Copper)

Profile The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years as Construction Manager for similar projects and a background in the following systems to be deployed over the whole airport : • LAN : 2 separated and redundant LANs (> 500 access switches) • CCTV : > 1200 cameras, recorders, Operators work stations • Access control : > 1200 readers • Cabling for the communications between all the buildings (Fiber Optic and Copper)
