Key account Manager-Al Kuwait - Kuwait

Keys and responsibilities: - Lookup new business opportunities. - Build and develop commercial relationships with customers - Provide customers with information about company and it’s portfolio, make presentations - Sell portfolio of products and services to customers in assigned segment to ensure complex solutions for them - Active approach towards customers in identifying theirs needs - Together with customer plan and develop his telecommunication solutions - Coordinate activities and participate on solving customer’s issues and problems - Maintain customer database and keep it updated - Administration of necessary sales steps - Close cooperation with Presales Support / Project Management Dpt. and Product Management Dpt. - Participate on development of sales processes and strategies. Candidates must have the following requirements:- Experience required: 3+ years in sales position in Oman. 1+ year at level of key account manager. 1+ year in telecommunication area, experience is IT / telco solutions selling MUST TO HAVE. Personality: Sales skills, strong customer orientation, negotiation and persuasion skills, presentation skills, assertive, confidentiality, flexibility, self-management, good listener. Education: High school diploma Languages: English, Arabic
