Manager – Contracts & Tendering-Ajman - United Arab Emirates

To head the Contracts & Tendering Department, estimate prices and submit tenders. Effective communication with client / consultant for tender matters. Review contracts, identify variation, if any, with the submitted tender and resolve differences prior to acceptance of contract.

Profile Proven track record in contracts and tendering, preferably in water / sewerage transmission pipelines, pumping stations or any large industrial construction. Commercial contracts drafting experience is preferred. Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be well versed in Primavera MS project and other software. GCC experience preferred. Qualification: BE / ME in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
