Asst.Manager Distribution & Logistics-Doha - Qatar

Create/communicate rolling forecasts for all SIMs types (Unpaired, Paired, The Company’s Electronic Top-up) to all stakeholders • Create/communicate rolling forecasts for all Recharge Cards denominations to all stakeholders • Generate PIN numbers for Recharge Cards • Place orders for SIMs, SIM Packaging and Recharge Cards with manufacturers • Remain updated on stock availability for all Stock Keeping Units (SKU) in the Bulk & Break Bulk warehouses • Keep all stakeholders updated on,  Stock availability in the warehouses,  Sale,  Issuance,  Returns, &  Faulty stock • Keep abreast of latest forecasts for all,  Handsets types,  Accessories,  Merchandise  Marketing material and ensure sufficient space availability for secure storage in the Bulk & Bulk Break warehouses • Report on 3PL performance against agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Coordinate/communicate serial ranges for SIMs provisioning • Coordinate serial ranges for Recharge Cards activation • Ensure timely activation of Recharge Cards • Manage products flow from Bulk warehouse to Break Bulk warehouse • Report on stock issued, sold and held by distributors • Approve distributors’ orders as per set criteria - stock held & available credit • Generate various supply chain management (SCM) reports for all existing & any new SKUs that should measure end-to-end stock availability at different stages through various points in-time, from manufacture orders through to sale to the end consumer.
