To ensure production is controlled with timely shipments and quality product.
To manage professionally and ethically a team of 30+ technicians and helpers.
To ensure production as per commitments given to customers, after due diligence.

Profile -Must be a leader and able to think Independantly.
Organized with an eye for Quality, Details and Production optimization.
Clear and innate business sense.
Ability to take independent decision, develop strategies and work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication in English at all levels of interaction. Especially with labor & technicians with limited language ability.
Self Motivated, Pro active and passionate about honoring shipment dates.
Minimum 5 years as a Production Manager with Timber Doors.
Technical proficiency in understanding Timber, Veneers & its species is a must.
Proficiency in using CNC & NC automated door machines, which could produce about 1000 doors and frames per day.
Experience 7 - 12 years
