Masters in Waste Management or Masters in environmental Science with an experience of not less than 5 years or Bachelor in Engineering with 8 years experience in the management of cleaning projects in cities of at least a population of four million people in North America or Western Europe or New Zealandor Australia, with the need of having a full membership in international organizations and associations specialized in solid waste treatment.
