Incinerator Plant Operators - Required - Oman Dry Dock Company SAOC - Oman

Job Description Dear Candidate,
We are having urgent openings for Incinerator Plant Operators for our operations in Oman and please see below Job criteria’s.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Control processes and equipment to destroy infectious / pathogenic and certain solid waste by incineration
•Maintain and operate the incinerator and related ancillary equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the disposal system.
•Maintain operation records including tonnages accepted, tonnages diverted to alternate solid waste processes and quantities of ash disposed by waste authorization.
•Collect samples from the combustion process and read and interpret data from the system and various meters.
•Periodically and randomly inspect loads of incoming wastes.
•Supervise labors in all functions related to the plant.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
•Diploma in Engineering preferred.
•Minimum 3~5 years’ experience in the operation of Incinerator Plant.
•Must be a computer literate with experience in MS Office.
•Exposure to ISO 9001-2000 standards would be an advantage.
•Requires a good Communication skill in English; both verbal & written
