Job Description - Responsible for sales and marketing activities and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Determines the current and future customer needs and expectations.
- Identifies and evaluate the current and potential customers and maintain a balanced response to their needs and expectations.
- Identifies and analyses market weaknesses and potential competitive advantages.
- Evaluates and monitors company’s market share.
- Review of quotations before release to customers.
- Proposals for R&D programs.
- Customers follow-up.
- Negotiation and finalization of contracts.
- Follow-up of quotations and get orders.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions
- Send order confirmation to the customers based on the confirmation that, order is in line with the Quote.
- Communicate the requirements of the customers throughout the organization and ensure the products are delivered as per the customer requirements.
- Prepares monthly statements of quotations sent, orders obtained and lost orders with reasons.
- Reviews the terms and conditions of the incoming purchase orders.
- Conduct contract review meeting and maintain records.
- Responsible for receivables and to ensure that all the payments received on due date.
Profile Preferred candidates having experience in Oman and a valid Oman driving licence holder. Experience 7 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
