About the Job:
Reporting to the Cargo Route Manager, you will set the revenue management strategy on part of the QR Network and ensure it is executed by the Flight Analysts. You will be acting as the deputy Cargo Route Manager.
You will perform an analysis of network results and take initiative in order to stimulate optimization improvements, utilising both commerical and operational opportunities.
You will organise and execute the communication towards the commercial organisation in order to maximise the revenue contribution to the network and improve the profitability.You will be deciding on the optimal mix between free-sales capacity and allocated capacity for each flight based on demand.
You will also monitor the allotment utilization and take decision on monthly right sizing and handle price requests for allotments from Cargo Sales and provide pricing conditions.

About You:
You will need to have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. A degree in technical, quantitative programme ( in Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Engineering) is preferred. An additional specialisation in pricing or revenue management will be an added advantage.
You need to have strong analytical skills and advanced problem solving capabilities. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English with strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
A strong understanding of cargo operational and commercial processes required by an international network carrier including network planning, sales with a knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations is preferred.
It is advantageous if you have a strong commercial sensibility with a clear understanding of Revenue Management concepts.

As a senior leader in the DIA FM team, the Manager Landside Facilities, Carparks & Roads is responsible for providing 5 star FM services for all land side buildings including security and police buildings, carparks and roads in addition to all other major land side facilities. You will also be required to implement and manage a FM framework for the Hamad International Airport (HIA) land side facilities to ensure operational readiness is achieved.

About You:
To be considered for this role you will need to have a University degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical or Civil). You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in facilities management, idealy in an airport environment and be fluent in written and spoken English.

Operational:

Documentation Verification Unit Officer - Etihad - Abu Dhabi - UAE

Job Purpose
To implement the Document Verification Unit’s functional activities at Abu Dhabi Hub to ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures mandated by immigration authorities worldwide.

To liaise with the department of Etihad’s Hub operations and Stakeholders at Abu Dhabi international airport to ensure an integrated and coordinated operation.

Responsibilities You will be responsible:

To ensure accurate assessment of travel documents of Etihad Airways guests on high risk flight departures
To maintain a high vigil at Abu Dhabi Hub on high risk flight departures and seek resolutions to effective incident management
To carry out Document Verification functionalities with highest regard for customer service interaction with all guests, so as to ensure that the core values of Etihad are demonstrated
To coordinate with all relevant Etihad departments and Airport Stakeholders at Abu Dhabi Hub to support all Airport Operational Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements Qualification & Education:
High school diploma and 5 years’ experience in the aviation in airport officer/agent capacity and/or service industry

Experience:
Airport Operational or Customer Service experience at an officer/agent level, preferably in the GCC region

Knowledge & Skill:

Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
Should have good operational skills and be a team player
Confidence in speaking with guests and service providers
Ability to work independently
Proven decision making and problem solving skills
A good working knowledge of all types of passports, visas, international travel documents and policy matters
