Job Description: Scheduling & coordinating meetings/appointments for General Manager and Finance Manager. Liasing with customers on behalf of G.M. and F.M. Coordinating with Department heads for various meetings. Screening all telephone calls for G.M. & F.M. Preparing correspondence like memos, faxes and letters. Updating customer lists of G.M. & F.M. Assisting in marketing activities during events. Assisting G.M. & F.M. with secretarial duties.
