Job Description: Responsibilities: Database administration and maintenance. Develop standard policies and procedures; maintain database structures. Involve in the deployment of Hospital Information System into hospital environments. Execution of the environment deployment scripts. Level 1 Triage of installation problems. Audit of environment configurations. Creation of reports documenting installation success/failure. Triage of installation script errors. Completion of Infrastructure Change/Tech Refresh Cycle related activities. Proper handling of problem management, change management and documentations of all system related activities. Required Skills: Healthcare Industry experience, in particular experience with HBO- TrakCare software. Requires 3 to 5 years overall experience in information technology. Minimum 2 years experience using Intersystem’s Cache database. Minimum 1 years experience in Cache database administration, Database security and integrity. Knowledge in ANSI SQL, TSQL and Cache SQL. Familiarity with HL7 is desirable. Experience with MQSI, MQ and IIS configurations is a plus. Ability to manage tiered storage infrastructure - translating application/database characteristics into storage level needs; auditing compliance with established membership etc. preferred. Excellent problem determination skills. Excellent communication skills and a Team-player. Ability to coordinate with multiple IT groups.
