Job Description: Ensure the provision of centralized contract development activities to meet in a cost - effective, timely and efficient manner all Company's technical, construction, maintenance, general services and manpower supply contracting requirements. Handles complex and high value contracts as assigned, in respect of these jobs, develops contracts for all Company Divisions and recommends qualification/evaluation criteria and negotiation strategies. Coordinates with and advises users on various contractual and commercial metters. Evaluates claims/requests for contract variations and maintains follow - up until closeout of contract file.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile 8 years experience in varied contracts development related functions in an oil/gas or petrochemical environment. Additional qualification in Business Administration/Legal will be preferred. Sound knowledge. Good negotiation skills. Ability to utilize specialized applicable software packages. Experience 8 - 20 years. Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
