Monthly Salary:(in US$) $6001 - $7000
Job Description: Creating and executing the project work plan which includes the Contractual agreement between client and firm , budgets, etc from inception to completion. Monitor and control funds allocated to each project, including maintenance, expenditure records. Enrolling overall project commercial and contractual issues. Reviewing all payment certificates to be issued to the client, subcontractors and suppliers. Setting out variation orders, claims and time extensions. - Preparing the Contract agreement, price negotiations with the subcontractors/suppliers and resolving any contractual conflicts, disputes that may result out of these subcontract agreements. Report monthly progress that includes cost and scheduling status.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile - Applicant must be qualified Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience in project management in MEP projects. Potential candidate should have UAE Experience of at least 3 years in similar field. Excellent people management and communication skills, understanding of Contractual & legal terms round off the qualities that the company seeks in its project Manager. Strategic thinking skills to analyze and solve plan-implementation issues. Applicant must be University engineer graduate. Experience 7 - 10 years. Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
