Job Description We have a vacancy for a motivated, service professional to join a progressive, expanding company to lead the service team to develop the professionalism and performance of a world famous brand, Harley-Davidson. The person we require must be able to show a clear understanding of managing a busy service workshop, be motivated to achieve the highest performance of sales of labour and parts, profitability and customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Essential requirements: • Must be over 25 years old • Be fluent in English and Arabic • Have automotive service management experience • Have excellent computer, literacy and numeracy skills • Ability to work in a structured service environment to achieve budget and sales targets • Have excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and manage and develop a service team • Have a passion for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction • Be a Saudi Arabia national or have a transferable visa Preferred requirements • Automotive service management experience • A full motorcycle license • A passion for motorcycles
