Job Description Organize, Develop & supervise the food production in the main kitchen as per standards & recipes developed by the executive Chef. Also to handle independently one of the satellite kitchens assigned to him.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Preferably hotel school certified person. Few years good experience in oriental & continental cuisine. Fluent in English. Management Material (staff/documents/controlling). Good public relational person. At least basic knowledge of 5 s and HACCP Systems. Good leadership qualities. Preferably a sous chef who has worked in a resort hotel familiar with the operation. Experience 2 - 4 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management )
