General Responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Training and Development programs, processes and systems with the aim of providing the highest possible value to trainees and the company, during every development related activity. Specific Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis to systematically to systematically analyze, identify and prioritize training needs of El-Seif Group employees. Coordinate trainees, training provider and other concerned party towards the successful conduct of training programs. Assist Career Development and Training Manager in implementing programs aimed towards establishing a Career Development path for El-Seif employees which includes establishment of Career Development and Succession Plan. Maintain, update and analyze Career Development Data to generate information relative to the continuous improvement of CD initiatives. Implement the Company Orientation and On-boarding Program and conduct classroom training relative to the program. Analyze training requests and recommends best possible course of action to either or both the requesting party and / or CD and Training Manager. Maintain and update training records and database to ensure that training requirements are provided and competency gaps closed out within a prescribed period. Provide administrative support as may be needed by the CDTM and trainers / training providers during conduct of training. Analyze and process training data to generate information useful for the continuous improvement of employee development initiatives. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate's Profile: Profile Education Qualifications At least five (5) years experience in the field of Career Development and Training Minimum of 3 years in a Specialist or Officer level position Degree holder of any business related course preferably Human Resource Management. Excellent verbal and written English Communication and Presentation skills Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of Word Processing and Spreadsheet Application Software Willing and able to work in KSA
