Job Description: Qualification
- 7 years of work experience 4 of them in retail environment
- Windows, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- University Graduate, Bachelor degree
- Organized, Ability to work under pressure, Result oriented.
- Sales and customer focused.
- Creative and dependable.
- Excellent leadership and Communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the store constantly maintains the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and strive to improve store customer service results to grow the gap from competitor
• Achieve 80% in customer satisfaction measures results
• Store visit reports results and improvement and action plan.
• Continuously minimise the customer waiting time month over month.
• Channel manager Visit reports
• Proper & updated merchandizing & in-store communication (POS materials).
• Presentability of Sales Advisors
• Overall store cleanliness & organization
• Ensure accurate Inventory control & appropriate stock levels.
• Analyze & set preventive actions to overcome shortage of the stocks
• Ensure staff compliance to P&P
• Cash inspection results.
• Various Audits & store visit results
• Cost effectiveness implementation
