Job Description: Meeting the gross revenue and profit targets for the business unit.
Must have a methodical knowledge in execution / handling of projects.
Effective handling of manpower at site and avoid idle man hours.
Able to do the structural calculations / wind load calculation; discuss with the clients and consultants technically.
Report to the Management in the proper reporting format on daily activities.
Able to source the materials and guide the purchase Executive.
Able guide the Project Engineers, Project Coordinators; quantity surveyor, foremen and Production Departments.
Smooth coordination between the departments.
Proper planning and execution within the specified time frame.
Improving operational efficiency through effective control of resources.
Ensuring adherence to all quality systems and requirements.
Ensuring development and implementation of Safety systems and standards and for developing a safe working environment.
Able to understand the Specification of each project and adhere with.
Discuss and coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultant and the Main Client.
Minimizing claims, reworks, customer complaints and snag work after completion.
Introduction of new technologies and methods in operation.
Able to take positive challenges.
Desired Candidate's Profile: Profile Candidate's with proven track records in the similar field of activities.
Proven track record of he best leadership skills in the areas of planning, production, project execution and the man/machine management.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in a Manager capacity of handling medium/large scale Projects in the similar field.
Must have thorough knowledge in Aluminum Fabrication and installation of Aluminum doors, windows, louvers, Aluminum partition, Curtain walls, Structural Glazing, Double Glazing, frame less glazing, Aluminum cladding (ACP) works for high raise building, shopping complexes, residential & commercial buildings etc.
Must have experiences in executing the Project well within the budget allocated.
Thorough knowledge of computers and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience in AutoCAD Drawing preparation.
