Job Description: Looking for engineers with 8 - 12 yrs exp in Installation and Maintenance of Nortel/ Cisco, PABX's, Legacy and IP-PBX.
• Designing, Implementing, Supporting or Consulting converged IP Telephony Network solutions. (Cisco / Nortel products).
• Installing all aspects of IP Telephony and Contact Center (Call Center) Solutions, Unified Messaging, IP/IVR, customized XML applications, Meeting Place, IP Communicator, Mobility Manager, Cisco Presence, Cisco Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), and Call Manager Attendant Console.
• Hands-on experience on Meridian 61C / 81C PBX/ Voicemail Administration and Network Administration.
• To assess situations as they arise identifies the issues, propose possible solutions and see incident through to satisfactory conclusion.
• Self starter with ability to progress in a cross functional team.
• Excellent team player and Customer focused.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Nortel/ Cisco certified, with experience with major Nortel/ Cisco products.
Experience 8 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Marine ) , PG - Master of Technology/Engineering ( Master of Technology/Engineering , Mineral )
