Job Description: Able to handle a team of SOPs- addressing day to day issues and motivation and drive the team to achieve set targets in terms of invoicing, order booking etc * Capability to take Strategic initiatives to improve processes * Process order booking, export documentation and invoicing accordingly * Coordination of pending deliveries for shipments and shipment collection with customers * Process return material authorization (RMA) & customer return authorization * Perform customer updates and follow up with logistics * Handle filing of sales order and listing of items to be stock transferred and released * Reporting to Operations and Commercial Manager in regards to order booking and invoicing targets

Desired Candidate's Profile: Profile * Must be pro active and result oriented & Customer oriented * Team Management & Leadership skills * Should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills * Must be organized and has the ability to work under pressure * Working knowledge in ERP system.
