Job Description:Identify and develop new initiatives to improve the range and quality of services provided by the Company. Develop and implement all necessary commercial policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion of the business. Handle the contractual details of new projects and carefully read the terms and conditions, and then recommend to the management on signing the same. Carry out research in the company’s existing and potential markets and generate sales. Develop and maintain effective communications with new and existing customers to negotiate profitable contracts that contribute to Company’s corporate objectives. Set-up and maintain monthly targets for the team and ensure they are appropriately trained and motivated. Ensure financial targets are met and promote effective budgeting and cost control. Monitor sales performance and team achievements and generate reports as maybe required. Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Desired Candidate's Profile: Profile Experience in leading a sales team; Prior experience in Services sector (Soft Services preferred); Client Relationship Management; Excellent Interpersonal skills; Ability to manage and develop the profit centre.
