Should be a team leader with leadership and man management skills. Should be able to prepare monthly MIS, have all round expertise in inventory control of linen and uniforms of staff, fair knowledge of in-house laundry operations. Should carry out daily cleaning, special cleaning and spring cleaning schedules of the hotel and maintain the property in top quality condition. Should be able to conduct training as per the SOPs of the company. Should be a computer literate, knowledge of IDS is desirable.
