Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipments etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects. Review of Clients tender documents, specifications, data sheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Data sheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
Preparation & Issue of RFQ’s, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.
Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, data sheets, specifications and calculations.
To operate inline with the company procedures, targets, objectives and quality policies, and any other specific requirements set by the organization/department/project from time to time.
To establish and maintain good working relationship with customers, suppliers, sub contractors, project team and all the other team members.
To visit the customers, suppliers, sub contractors and sites for technical meetings, obtaining approvals, pre-bid meetings, presentations, feasibility verification, FEED verifications etc.

Profile: B.E. / B.TECH. / B.S. – Chemical Engineering. Specialization in Petroleum / Petro Chemical Engineering. Minimum 2 – 3 experience in Oil & Gas industry, in consulting OR EPC company with Design & Engineering capability.
Working knowledge and experience in HYSYS, PIPENET, ASPEN, PIPEPHASE, PIPEFLOW etc. To be conversant with the Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME, BS, SHELL, ARAMCO, MOBIL etc.
