Job Description: Looking for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor.

Profile: Profile Bachelor in Quantity Surveying with minimum of 12 years of relevant commercial/ Quantity surveying experience. Have the ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers on single or multiple projects and be able to liaise, communicate and attend meetings with the Clients/ Engineers representatives. Must have experience of Cost Value Reconciliations and Monthly Accounting, managing large value variation accounts, establish and manage multiple subcontract and supplier accounts, a wide exposure to FIDIC Conditions of Contract, have the ability to write basic contractual correspondence and have some contractual claims experience.
