We are looking for “Finance Manager” for a fulltime opening with our client’s office in UAE Client is an FMCG company in the UAE specialising in foodstuff distribution operations by focusing on its brands, strategic partners, customers and consumers, to ensure their total satisfaction through creating professional management, marketing, and other support teams, developing strategic alliances, and deploying essential expertise, technology and financial resources FINANCE MANAGER University degree: Bachelor of Commerce – MBA in Finance and or professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA, CMA, ICWA, CFA, etc) are preferable 13 years experience in relevant retail/FMCG Industries with 3 years managerial level. Responsible for leading finance team to produce timely accurate financial reports. Contributing to the company’s strategy and advising management in financial issues. Preparing Company’s budget with co-ordination with other departments and produce regular reports comparing actual with budgeted figures with variance analysis. Preparing managerial reports to help management in measuring performance and improving productivity. Proposing the optimal capital structure and monitoring debt level. Managing company’s working capital. Arranging debt finance from banks. Mitigating credit , FX , and market risks Liaise with auditors the issuance of interim and annual reports • Managing liquidity on a regular basis • Candidate must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of financial management and systems. Candidate should have analytical and problem solving skills, sense of accuracy, and leading personality excellent presentation skills. Self motivated • Fluent in English language – Bi-lingual candidates are preferable.
