Responsibilities will include: •Sourcing and management of residential properties •Lead the facilities management team •Management of all Housing and Security Dept service contracts •Supervise the preparation and administration of the departmental budget •Management of all office and residential leases Housing Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities will include: •Provide functional leadership in the technical aspects of all Housing Maintenance management. •Oversee all technical aspects related to Housing Maintenance in compliance with industry standards •Provide professional maintenance and maintenance management engineering expertise to the Department. Profile The Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Eng or related subject, together with significant experience in the field of housing and security management, preferably in an oil and gas environment, will be appropriate for the Manager role. HNC Civil/Elect/Mech or equivalent, together with a minimum of ten years facilities and maintenance management experience required for the Housing Maintenance Engineer role.
