Sourcing & shortlist professional candidates through Manpower Agencies, News Paper advertisement from Overseas (India, Bangladesh, Philippine, Pakistan, Yemen , Egypt & Nepal) • Responsibility to handle Company Group Manpower requirement for all Division • Study & filter the CV's for the required position with screening interview, job description, qualification, related experience, ability & availability. • Prepare / Develop / Amend - implemented Human Resources and Administration Policies and Procedures • Renewal & maintain the employees Short terms & Long terms contracts record. • Supervise to maintain the administration and filing system of employee’s history, Contract, Medical fitness, Call of Request, Insurances & etc. • Submit complete documents to PR Dept for visas. • Provides payroll processing backup support. Partners with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll data base.

Profile: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. • Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources positions. • Experience in sourcing candidates from abroad • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs. • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. •Effective oral and written communication. •Good interpersonal and coaching skills. •Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
