To perform prepare and plan a project. Responsible for a major engineering planning phase, function, or division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Must have ability to produce a robust project plan covering all aspects of projects and monitor its critical path closely all along the course of project. 2. Developing of Project Plan (CPM), Work breakdown structure, craft projection, work load projection. Materials and Engineering plans. 3. Developing of Budget, Cost Estimates, Cash Flow projection for Engineering, Material & Construction Activities. 4. Monitor Project Progress & Cost control against schedules & budgets. 5. Lead Project Team in delivering schedule commitment, identifying critical areas, suggesting and implementing recovery plans. 6. Preparation of Monthly / Weekly Progress reports highlighting progress and cost performance / projections. 7. Preparation of field changes, extra work orders, assessment of impact on project schedule and budget.
