Sales Engineer Precast - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Principal Accountabilities : • Pre-sales activities, e.g. canvassing, client visit (developers, consultants, contractors, government), construction site visit. Promoting the company and its products. Train and educate clients with regards of company products and services. • Identify and secure the most profitable and suitable jobs in accordance with market opportunities, thus achieving the optimal overall result and profit for the company. Negotiate and finalize orders. • Monitor market trends and new market opportunities, and suggest action and development to department head. Propose innovative methods, procedures and products to enhance operations. • Maintain and extend costumer and strategic relations. • Promote and marketing the division according to group and division business plan (develops, supervise, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, promotion programmes, conferences, executive meetings).

Profile Extensive knowledge of and experience in the local construction industry, with widespread network to local industry professionals. 5 years of experience in the local construction industry, preferable in the precast concrete or traditional concrete industry. 2 years experience in civil or structural precast concrete design. 3 years experience in the field of sales, preferable project sales.
