BDM/JS: Business Development Manager-Manama - Bahrain

Description: Our client, a Middle East based global insurance companies in Bahrain is seeking highly qualified Business Development Manager to join their management team in Bahrain. Responsibilities: • Develop good working relationships with Brokers, Agents etc. • Generate new business contacts and maintain/ service existing clients. • Pro-actively provide market feedback on changing requirements of clients. • Ensure profitable growth of the business and achieve pre-assigned targets.

Profile • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent. • Working knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel as well as fluency in English and Arabic. • At least 5 years proven Sales / Marketing experience in the Banking/Financial services/ Insurance industry/ Concept marketing in the GCC.
