Country Manager-Gulf Trading Holding-Safat - Kuwait

1. Lead the complete KSA business by driving sales and profits including retail, manufacturing, warehousing & logistics and support functions.
2. To implement the Al Rifai standard operating controls and procedures by adopting a proactive style to ensure that the standards are bought into and achieved.
3. Agree the annual KSA business plan & budget and then to oversee and drive the agreed plan, reporting regularly upon progress.
4. To manage the property acquirement process from conducting the initial feasibility analysis right through to fit out and store opening.
5. Use inspirational management to engage, coach and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
6. Introduce modern, efficient working methods and processes.
7. Candidate will play an essential role in helping secure new business and take an active part of the bid/tender process.

Profile Qualification :
An experienced food and beverage General Manager with over 10 year’s relevant experience of which the last five years must have been within the Kingdom.
Fully bilingual Arabic/English.
A proven track record of managing and substantially growing a 100MSR turnover business.
Candidate should have a detailed understanding of how to undertake business in KSA and have an established network of contacts to make things happen.
Required Skill Set : MS office.
