Chartered QS-Khansaheb Civil Engineering-Dubai - United Arab Emirates

We are looking for 3 Chartered QS for our Estimating Dept. Candidate must be strong in Pre Contract works such as preliminary estimating, preparation of bill of quantities, documentation including preparation of tender documents and contract documents.Checking of pre qualifications of contractors and tender evaluation work. Experience in pre and post contract works of Multi storied Buildings, Various Building project and civil works include Roads and Infrastructure. Candidates having Qualification from Chartered institute of Building UK(CIOB-UK) or The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Sri Lanka(ALQS-SL) are preferred.
