Experience in commissioning & precommissioning of different types of instruments. Assigned in Logic Functional Testing of interlock/ process sequence. Perform instrument recalibration and troubleshooting including control valve calibration. Supervise Loop checking for final inspection & acceptance by the client. Checking of instrument process connection and impulse line using hook-up drawing, instrument air tubing installation specifically at the valve. Verification of instrument calibration data calculation particular on Level Transmitter. Worked in Proximity Transducer System that measures machine vibration and the position of the shaft relative to the location of the probe tip, checking the application of this system includes Radial vibration and axial vibration and Keyphasor measurements. qChecking DCS configuration for all Digital I/O signal and Analog I/O signal including logic circuits if these conform to the technical specifications, P&ID, data sheets.
