Human Resources Officer - Bahrain

Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Baar, the Caterpillar Dealer in Bahrain requires a young and competant HR professional with the following qualifications Human Resources Officer Qualifications: • University Degree in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, emplyee relations, general administration and Labour law • Computer skills (MS Word & Excel). Experience in Oracle payroll system will be an advantage • Must be proactive and have excellent inter-personal skills, and be able to deal with a multi-national work force • Good communication skills in English- both written and spoken.
