Job Description * Thorough technical knowledge of Construction of Structural Building, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Wastewater Treatment Plants, Potable Water System, Irrigation System, Sanitary Drainage System, Lift Stations, Stormwater Drainage System .
* Reviews materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications.
* Reviews shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are coordinated
* Ensures that issues related to local codes, such as health and safety executives and environmental impact issues are complied with.

Profile Skills
* Minimum 10 years experience in relevant Utility Services.
* Professional Registration in the country of origin and with Kuwait Society of Engineers is preferred.
* Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language. Knowledge of the Arabic language would be an added advantage.
