Office Manager - Project Build Company - Al Khobar - Saudi Arabia

A big leading Company based in Al Khobar, is looking for an extra ordinary Office Manager for the office of the higher management.
The primary job responsibility is:
To coordinate all Administrative processes, arranging travel issues, meetings and events, coordinating office Support and Secretarial services for the office of higher management

Other important tasks include:
• Identification and formulation of objectives required to control the company performance, planning and preparation of programs to achieve goals
• Participation in the formulation of procedures for managing the senior management office in cooperation with the representative of the Quality System Management and the Director of Planning and Quality Assurance
• Review of all internal report to present to higher management

The candidate must have:
• Bachelor Degree in any business related subject
• With a minimum experience of 5 years in same position
• Age limit 30 to 40 years

Other skills include:
• Fully computer literate
• Fluent in English language and a very good organizer
Saudis will be preferred
