This role reports to the Senior Manager – Administration & Audit- Cash Services. In order to qualify, the candidate must possess the following:
A Graduate in Computer Science with minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Prior experience in the field of Project Management preferred
In depth knowledge on ERP systems, MS SQL Server and exposure to Oracle
In-depth knowledge and experience of reports development tools, Crystal Report in particular
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills along with good decision making ability
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Responsible for Project Documentation, implementation and closure.
• Liaise with business units, Requirements gathering, assessment of training requirements and documentation.
• Managing the projects team.
• Liaise with vendors for application and device support
• Monitor, manage and ensure the use of ERP systems in cash services is according to the standard approved procedures.
• Manage the change management process effectively.
• Make recommendations about process change and continual improvements.
• Develop templates and guidelines for standard reporting of information by operations and management
