Functional Specialist - Transguard Group - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

This role reports to the Senior Manager – Administration & Audit- Cash Services. In order to qualify, the candidate must possess the following:


 A Graduate in Computer Science with minimum 3 years of experience in related field
 Prior experience in the field of Project Management preferred
 In depth knowledge on ERP systems, MS SQL Server and exposure to Oracle
 In-depth knowledge and experience of reports development tools, Crystal Report in particular
 Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills along with good decision making ability​

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Responsible for Project Documentation, implementation and closure.
• Liaise with business units, Requirements gathering, assessment of training requirements and documentation.
• Managing the projects team.
• Liaise with vendors for application and device support
• Monitor, manage and ensure the use of ERP systems in cash services is according to the standard approved procedures.
• Manage the change management process effectively.
• Make recommendations about process change and continual improvements.
• Develop templates and guidelines for standard reporting of information by operations and management​
