Network Administrator - American Express - Riyadh-Saudi Arabia

Experience with Cisco networking products including L2/L3 switches, routers, firewalls etc.

Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite. Experience with IGPs/EGPs as well as switching/bridging and the associated knowledge for implementation and troubleshooting of WAN links.

Excellent technical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.

Develop and implement industry standard support techniques and methodologies to ensure efficient utilization of IT infrastructure systems and resources.

Multi-vendor experience is a plus (Checkpoint, Sonicwall, Juniper, etc.)
Experience with network monitoring and packet sniffing applications.
Works with other IT support personnel and service providers to solve technical problems.
Works within a team environment on multiple projects both as a lead and team member.
Experience with Microsoft platform and Network Security is a plus.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CCNP certification preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of Cisco Router/Switches/Firewall experience.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
