Key Account Manager - ValueManage International - Muscat - Oman

To promote, manage and sell the Company’s Employee Benefits products to corporate clients and select brokers in order to meet pre-defined sales targets.
To understand the corporate insurance market in Oman in order to build networks, generate a sales pipeline and identify cross selling opportunities.

To manage and support an existing portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, liaising with Corporate Offering and the Platform as and when necessary.
Profile     • Sound knowledge of sales & negotiation techniques
• Degree qualified
• Min 3 - 5 years Insurance experience
• 2 – 3 years marketing and sales experience
• Preferably Omani, Western, Arabic and Filipino National.
• Manage and Supervise a team
Experience     3 - 5 years
Education     Basic - Any Graduation
