The role of a sales coordinator is to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between our production staff and customers. 100% desk based.

Invoices to our customers as required.
2- To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to

Company business
3- To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
4- To maintain good relations with our customers
5- To maintain an efficient working environment.
6- To make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and

Take customer payment by credit/debit card as required.
7- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
8- Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including

Working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
