Job Description: Keys and Responsibilities:- o Responsible for all direct sales activities in the company o Solely responsible for meeting the company revenue objectives o Responsible for the establishment of annual and quarterly sales objectives according to organization’s Sales plan o Defines and manages the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel o Participate with other senior managers to align strategic plans and objectives o Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals o Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Presales and Project management, Technical operation and Finance o Responsible in establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company o Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company''s customers in order to meet the objectives of the company''s overall business plans and strategies o Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all enterprise customers of the Company o Manages all of the field and in house sales functions of The Company''s facilities. The position specifically is responsible for field sales, inside sales and telemarketing, and all customer support functions of the business o Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base o Communicate with CSO and CEO, report on business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions o Continuous improvement of assigned employees o Is expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies o The Director of Sales is expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel o Be a role model for the company culture. Candidates must have the following requirements:- o BA/BS, with an international business focus preferred o 8+ years experience of outside sales (business development) selling services (preferable telecommunication services) into the corporate, government, and educational markets o 4+ years sales management experience working with independent emerging market based sales agents, preferred o Proven track record selling to senior level managers in strategic planning or international departments, preferred o Experience developing long-term strategic business relationships o Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas o Experience selling a high-profile brand services and emphasis on long-term service, value and quality o Knowledge of international telecommunication business (Middle East is advantage) o Good working knowledge of electronic marketplaces, services, technical applications and trends in e-delivery of information o Proficient (written and verbal) in English o Impressive communication skills - highly developed persuasive, influencing and negotiating skills o Able to present information and ideas clearly, in both formal and informal situations (e.g. demonstrations, presentations and meetings) o Ability to work in a team environment: must be able to co-ordinate efforts with marketing and sales staff on a global basis o Intellectual depth combined with practical ability o Good business judgment and integrity o Sound knowledge of any well-recognized sales methodology focused on selling the solutions o Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the marketplace and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients o Able to demonstrate personal initiative: sense of urgency o Energetic, enthusiastic, and articulate o Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goal.
