Job Description: Skills required: Experience : 3 -4 years. Position : Permanent Job Location : Dubai KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: To provide Customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service internal and external. Ensure that a polite and a pleasant shopping experience are provided to the customer. To take ownership and effectively deal with customer requests queries and complaints and take necessary action from feedback. Stock levels and event calendar. Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets for discussion with the CM. If required , participate in the seasonal preparation of budgets, offering opinions to support requirements. Ensure prompt and effective replenishing of merchandise instore 3. Reporting and competitor activity - Submit brief Monthly reports to the CM covering all aspects of : Sales performance -Stock positions and concerns -Special events and promotions -Staff movement & issues. Conduct competitor shopping. Providing monthly feedback on competitor and event activities. Ensure shop keeping disciplines are continuously in place by adhering to merchandising guidelines and requirements - Maintain a detailed knowledge of the section merchandise, ensuring promotions and fast selling lines are featured. To display all merchandise proportionately and accordingly - Implementation of departmental and subgroup adjacencies as per requirement. To ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display. To delegate required work to the subordinates. To plan the monthly staff rota of the store - To follow up on work assigned. Plan and supervise the daily delivery and dispatch procedure 6. Human Resources. To direct and supervise all store employees. Effective time management of self and subordinates. Team participation to achieve store goals. Support team members when required. Give and receive feedback to improve team, with effective communication. Assist with creation of an environment which conducive to a high store morale 8. To oversee and be responsible for the daily store operations and general functions. Opening and Closing of store - Ensure management of expenses and wasteful practices - Functional operations instore
