Call Center Agents Jobs in - Bahrain

A leading GDS (Global Distribution System) Company is seeking to recruit self motivated, strategic thinking individual for its regional call center based in Bahrain. The person for this position must fulfil the responsibilities and poses the following qualities:
The key Responsibilities of the jobholder will be to: Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps. Typically resolves basic problems while refers more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level. May involve use of problem management database and help desk system. Serves as primary contact for customer queries regarding network outages. Provide adhoc, statistical data analysis and documentation as required.

Thai deal candidate should meet the following requirements: Must have excellent customer service skills. Working experience of at least 12 months using SABRE system with an airline or a travel agency. Thorough SABRE knowledge, airline and/or agency background preferred. Strong problem solving skills. High level of resistance to stress and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to deal with irate customers and to always display a professional attitude while dealing with both internal and external customers.
Good communication skills, written and verbal English language must, Arabic language would be advantages. Excellent computer software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be flexible to work shifts and holidays.
