My client is a young and vibrant entrepreneur and he is looking for an experienced Health Club Manager to aid him in his new venture in Doha. The Health Club will consist of the following: - Gym / Fitness club for men - Gym / Fitness club for ladies - Spa - Healthy Bar / Cafe The operations manager will be ultimately responsible for the profitable running of the business as well as areas of customer service, health and safety, hygiene as well as all back office procedures. Given this large scope, it is imperative that you have relevant managerial experience in this industry. The salary for this role is in the range of $2, 500 USD + accommodation + car + phone.
Profile You will have a strong background in Health Club / Spa management at both a customer service and operational level. Ideally you will be from a European background and have excellent man management skills.
