Job Description -To manage professionally and ethically a team of 10 sales executives.
-To secure sales as per the monthly sales target.
-To ensure the monthly sales has the product mix as per the plan.
-To ensure sales are closed as per the terms and conditions of the company.

Profile -Minimum 5 years as a team leader.
-Technical proficiency is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in standard desktop applications especially Excel & Power Point.
-Experience in Door & Hardware Industry particularly in the AGCC is a sure advantage.
-Must be a leader and able to think independantly.
-Organized with an eye for detail and sales opportunities.
-Clear and innate business sense.
-Ability to take independent decision, develop strategies and work under pressure.
-Strong verbal and written communication in English at all levels of interaction. Especially Banks Creditors and Staff.
-Self Motivated, Pro active and passoinate about winning.
