Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
•Achieving sales targets across brands and defined geographical coverage
•Developing/Optimising sales strategies to maximize revenue
•Inventory Management
•Liaison with brand Principals
•Preparing and implementing marketing plans including events, media campaigns and promotions for the brand
•Review market research to anticipate competition, monitor competitor’s activities and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions.
•Provide branding direction to develop and execute brand marketing programs to build brand awareness and sales promotion.
•Monitor planning and coordination of product launch
•Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
•Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
•Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.
•Perform other duties as requested by management.
Desired Profile
•Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA Preferred)
•5-7 years relevant experience in the retail industry
•Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic is an asset.
