Qualification & General job Description:-
4 year degree in Food Related / Engineering subject
6 plus years of experience in a high production environment
Experience with the food manufacturing short shelf life sector and / or Engineering back-ground
High level of experience in SAP / Innova / Business Management software
Experience in Automated Processing systems
Organize and implement the processing operations to achieve the Production Plans
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
Lead and develop the training plan for direct and indirect staff
Manage and improve key core business KPI’s for both the factory and staff
Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our internal and external customer expectations
Ensure group and individual accountabilities for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, are achieved throughout the processing team
Develop and implement Profit Improvement Plans
Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving
Ensure relevant procedures to maintain and achieve product safety, legality and quality aspects
Manage costs against budget, controlling costs in relation to changes in production volume
