Qualification & General job Description:-
    Bachelor degree with extensive knowledge of seafood processing, technologies and food safety aspects.
    Eight years of progressively responsible engineering experience, using computers, and related software, including Five years of managerial or supervisory responsibility.
    Methodologies applied within the modern food sector including, but not limited to, HACCP, ISO 9000, planning tools, MPS systems.
    Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
    Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
    Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo.
    Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
    Knowledge of resource and quality control, and other techniques for minimizing the cost of operation in the unit.
    Knowledge of relevant equipment, their repair and maintenance, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective safety and security in operations for the protection of people, data, and NPC assets, property.
    Knowledge of arithmetic, mathematics, statistics, and their applications.
    Knowledge of data collection techniques, word processing and/or data entry, and records maintenance on Personal Computers.
