QA/QC Inspector - Mechanical - Sohar - Oman

Job Description
 Familiar with ASME Section –II Part A & C, Section-V, Section- VIII Div-1,Section-IX, Section- B31.1, B31.3, API Standards 620 & 650, and Project Specifications
 Preparation of WPS, PQR
 Conducting WPQ – Welder Performance Qualification Test.
 Incoming Material, consumables Inspection & PMI Testing.
 Fit up Inspection.
 Welding Visual Inspection.
 Preparation for NDT, PWHT jobs and regular coordination with the assigned team.
 Interpretation and review of NDT - PT, MT, UT & RT.
 Reviewing PWHT Charts & Hardness Measurements.
 Preparation of Spool Release Record.
 Test packs preparation for Hydro testing of piping.
 Preparation of Line History & NDT Summary for Test packages & getting approved by clients.
 Hydro testing of UG/AG Piping up to 300 Bar pressure
 Vacuum Box Testing and Hydro Testing of Tankages.
 Preparation Final Dossier as per project requirement
