Qualification & General job Description:-
Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Certified)
6 plus years of experience in production environment
Experience in Semi -Automated Processing systems
To support the production department in ensure efficient and effective running of the processing equipment on a daily basis
Diagnose and solve issues and problems with the equipment and either repair or recommend longer terms solutions
Lead and develop the operational staff in understanding the workings of the processing machinery
Manage Daily and Weekly PPM schedule for the factory equipment
Address on-going issues with equipment performance
Be-activity involved in the shop floor production on daily basis
Control of Spares for the processing and factory
Use LN to control PPM and spares
Ensure relevant procedures to maintain and achieve product safety, legality and quality aspects
Ensure effective use of the services on site, ensure issues are reported to the correct departments
Structural repair of the building and services where applicable
